Extra events can also be organized / sponsored and a sponsor can also offer small gifts to the attendees e.g. bags, lanyards, t-shirts.

 

Estimated pricing for opportunities to Sponsor one of the key events for ICES 2021 are:

• Welcome reception: 20000 USD or 18000 EUR
• Student Poster Reception 7000 USD or  6300 EUR
• Banquet and Awards Ceremony 40000 USD or 36000 EUR
• Dessert Reception: 15000 USD or 13500 EUR
• Coffee Breaks:
  • 3000 USD or  2700 EUR for one coffee break
  • 5000 USD or 4500 EUR for one FULL DAY of coffee breaks
  • 15,000 USD or 13500 EUR for FULL WEEK of coffee breaks
• Other events which are possible to sponsor include continental breakfast, Early Career Development Breakfast, Committee or Attendee Lunch (1-3 days). Inquire for pricing.

• All sponsors contributing between 500 USD (450EUR) and 2000 USD (1800 EUR) are acknowledged during the Plenary Session.
• All sponsors contributing between 2000 USD (1800 EUR) and 5000 USD (4500 EUR) are acknowledged during the Plenary Session and on the program and web page (via their logos).
• All sponsors contributing between 5000 USD (4500 EUR) and 10000 USD (9000 EUR) are acknowledged during the Plenary Session and on the program and web page (via their logos), are acknowledged during the event sponsored or in a way commensurate with their contribution and also receive one complimentary full registration.
• All Sponsors contributing between 10000 USD (9000 EUR) and 15000 USD (13500 EUR) are acknowledged during the Plenary Session and on the program and web page (via their logos), are acknowledged during the event sponsored or in a way commensurate with their contribution, receive a half page advertisement in the program, and also receive two complimentary full registration.
• All Sponsors contributing more than 15000 USD (13500 EUR) are acknowledged during the Plenary Session and on the program and web page (via their logos), are acknowledged during the event sponsored or in a way commensurate with their contribution, receive a full page color advertisement in the program, and also receive one complimentary full registration for each 5000 USD (4500 EUR) sponsored.
